TITLE: PET CARE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Manage calls, correspondence, appointments, and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for visitors and staff. You'll also handle outbound calls, coordinate with service providers, maintain client databases, provide exceptional customer service, stay updated on industry trends, and assist with scheduling targets and data analysis.
Duties as an Pet Care Virtual Assistant:
- Write clear and error-free website content reflecting company voice
- Meet with clients to understand message, brand voice, and target audience
- Propose engaging copy concepts and carry out approved projects
- Interpret creative direction and technical information for persuasive copy
- Collaborate with PR and marketing for various materials
- Edit and modify copy to meet client expectations
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with leads
- Maintain organized appointment schedule and update changes promptly
- Coordinate with sales teams for representative availability
- Respond to client inquiries regarding appointments and services
- Address client concerns and maintain accurate client information
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends
- Meet or exceed scheduling and conversion rate targets
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing appointment data
- Create social media content and schedule posts
- Edit client blogs and websites
- Manage and navigate client's software/CRM too
